Robert C. Waggoner

Chairman and CEO

Robert C. WaggonerRobert C. Waggoner is chairman and CEO of BurrellesLuce and chairman of Video Monitoring Services of America, Inc. Mr. Waggoner is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Harvard Business School Visiting Committee, the Dean’s Council at the Harvard School of Public Health, and is the former chairman of the Harvard College Visiting Committee. A trustee and chairman emeritus of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Waggoner is also a founder and director of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and a director of E3, a New Jersey school choice alliance. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.


Terry Foster

Chief Operating Officer

Terry FosterTerry Foster serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer of BurrellesLuce, overseeing the areas of the company responsible for content and IT. Prior to joining the company, he was the director of client services and a member of the board at Durrants in London. Mr. Foster serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. He is also a member of the Copyright Society of the USA, the UK Institute of Directors, and the Software Information Industry Association. Mr. Foster holds a B.A. and an M.A. from the University of Western Ontario.


Steve Shannon

Executive Vice President

Steve ShannonSteve Shannon oversees sales, client services, marketing, and product development as executive vice president at BurrellesLuce. With sixteen years of experience in the public relations industry, he actively participates in business and media organizations, and often speaks about media monitoring and copyright compliance issues at public relations industry events. His memberships and service activities include the Public Relations Society of America and the Paley Center for Media. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Kent State University.


Chaz Waggoner

Senior Vice President

Chaz WaggonerChaz Waggoner is the senior vice president of production at BurrellesLuce, responsible for delivery of media content to the large base of agency, corporate, government and non-profit clients. After earning a bachelor's degree in economics from Southern Methodist University, Mr. Waggoner joined BurrellesLuce full time in 1986. Over his career, he has served in a variety of key management positions. He has managed the Company's early-morning news delivery service as well as one of its largest production facilities.


Carmine Nardis

Chief Information Officer

Carmine NardisCarmine Nardis brings extensive business, technical, and PR experience to his role as chief information officer at BurrellesLuce. He has led major corporations to build world­class IT business solutions, most recently in his role as executive vice president and global chief information officer at Media Planning Group. Mr. Nardis spent 30 years implementing and building innovative media and enterprise technology solutions at Young & Rubicam Inc. He serves on the executive advisory board for various engineering organizations, including the Columbia University Mentor program, IEEE, and ACM. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from Columbia University.


Gail Nelson

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Gail NelsonGail Nelson brings over 20 years of experience to her role directing the marketing and communication efforts at BurrellesLuce. Previously, she led strategic marketing efforts at NaviSys, an Accenture company, and served as vice president of marketing for IntraLinks. As an entrepreneur, Ms. Nelson co-founded and managed both a software marketing business and a successful consulting firm; she has also served as an officer for Bankers Trust Company. Ms. Nelson holds a master’s degree in corporate and public communication from Seton Hall University and a bachelor's degree from Montclair State University.


Daniel Schaible

Senior Vice President, Content Management

Daniel SchaibleAs a 27-year veteran of the publishing industry, Daniel Schaible understands the business of media. He brings this experience to his role as senior vice president of the content management division of BurrellesLuce, where he is responsible for publisher relations. Previously, he worked as IT director at the San Francisco Chronicle, as production director and head of labor relations at the New York Post, and as a manager of production and advertising sales at the Star Ledger. Mr. Schaible serves as the BurrellesLuce representative to the Paley Center for Media and the Newspaper Association of America.
